The man who was injured in an accident on the BBC Television site in Wood Lane during the morning of Monday February 22 has died in hospital.

London's Air Ambulance and London Fire Brigade were called to the scene just before 8.30am, where the construction worker had been trapped under a lorry.

They spent over an hour working to free the man, believed to be in his thirties, who was taken to the major trauma centre at Queen Mary's Hospital suffering from serious injuries.
