The most read story on ChiswickW4.com during 2017 was a report on the Picturehouse Chiswick Lane cinema project entitled 'Who Is To Blame For Chiswick Not Having A Cinema?' Viewed over 10,000 times it tops a list including articles on local restaurants, crime and property.

Ironically, one of the top ten stories of 2016 was a report on Picturehouse's announcement that the cinema was set to proceed in 2017.

Also widely read was our coverage of the damage caused in February by Storm Doris.

Crime was, as ever a subject of strong local interest with incidents in and around Chiswick Back Common predominant.
