With 13 egged on to achieve personal best times at Easter
Parkrun 305 - 8 April
Big hello as always to the first timers who joined us today (especially Nick Todd who crossed the line first) - we hope we managed to make you feel welcome and you enjoyed our somewhat challenging cross country course. We'd love to hear from you and to see you again.
Massive congratulations to everyone who nailed a PB today - all 13 of you - especially Scrubs regulars Andrea Calderwood and Marion Brydson, who took three years to finally smash it and smash it she did taking 35 seconds off her time.
The event was made possible by 10 volunteers - thank you to all of you. It's not always easy for us to find volunteers being such a small parkrun in comparison so a huge thank you to everyone who spares their time - and often gives up running - to allow everyone else to get out there.
Today's full results and a complete event history can be found on the Wormwood Scrubs parkrun Results Page.
