28 year-old Romanian was shot dead in Askew Road in October
A third man has been changed with the murder of Ionut Lazar in Askew Road in Shepherd's Bush last October.
Yousef Mohamud, 21, of St Marks Road, W10 was arrested on Thursday, 6 April and charged with murder on 7 April.
He appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates Court on Saturday, 8 April.
Two men have previously been charged with Ionut's murder - Hanad Mohamed, 18, of Slough and Sufyan ElBakali, 21, from Kilburn.
Both are currently remanded in custody and will appear at the Old Bailey.
A provisional trial date has been set for Monday, 3 July.
All three are also charged with one count of robbery on a second male committed on Saturday, 22 October.
Police say a 17-year-old-boy arrested in west London on Thursday, 27 October on suspicion of murder was released with no further action.
A 16 year-old-boy arrested in west London on Sunday, 30 October on suspicion of murder was also released with no further action.
Ionut Lazar was a Romanian national who arrived in the country just two days before his death. Police were called to the scene by paramedics at approximately 2.40am on 22 October when they found Mr Lazar unconscious. He was later pronounced dead at the scene. St. Elmo Road and Becklow Road were both cordoned off with police tape as forensic officers searched the area.
A post mortem showed that Mr Lazar was shot rather than stabbed as police had initially believed.
