Whether you are a great opera buff or a complete newcomer to the genre, Barry Jobling will educate and entertain you with his infectious enthusiasm.
You will gain insight into operas being performed at Covent Garden and other venues in and around London this season, as well as operas of which there are fine recordings deserving wider recognition.
Barry is a professional pianist, singer and conductor. The lectures are illustrated with vintage and modern recordings. Barry also plays the piano and sings to highlight certain themes, much to the delight of his audiences.
