To enable essential drainage repairs to be undertaken
Park Road is currently closed at its junction with the A4 to enable essential drainage repairs to be undertaken.
A spokesperson for Hounslow Council said: "The works are being carried out under a Section 50 Streetworks Licence which was been granted by the Highway.
"The closure is effective from 09/05/11 and the estimated date for completion is 13/05/11 although this may be subject to change once the carriageway has been broken out i.e. congestion with other utilities may slow down the excavation process."
