Performance of 'Pippin' raises funds for Microloan Foundation
30 children from the Chiswick Catholic Parishes Children’s Choir joined forces at the Catholic Centre on Dukes Avenue last weekend for a rousing performance of “Pippin,” a musical adaptation of the story of young prince specially arranged for children by Choir Director Clare Delmar Lynch.
Stars of the show, which tells the story of a young boy’s struggle to break free from his tyrannical father the king, finally leading a revolution to set his people free included Charlotte-Ann Myler, Emma Baigey and Gigi Lynch (pictured below).
An appreciative audience of 100 friends, family and other supporters watched the show, which raised a total of £350 for Chiswick based charity the MicroLoan Foundation.
