Following the unexplained death of Sean Keohane in Chiswick
Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses and information regarding the unexplained death of Sean Keohane in Chiswick on Saturday 8th September.
An Incident Room has been opened at Hendon under DI Peter Basnett who said, "Following local appeals a number of people have come forward who know Sean but we still need to speak to anyone who saw him on Wednesday the 5th or Thursday the 6th.
"We know he was in Chiswick High Road in the very early hours of Thursday morning and appeared confused and may have had blood on him from a head injury.
"I appeal for anyone who has any information to contact the incident room so that we can piece together Sean's movements prior to his death."
Police identified 66 year old Sean Keohane as the man who was found dead in a basement of house on Chiswick High Road last week. He had been seen knocking on doors in the area having suffered a head injury and Police believe he may have been confused and was looking for his home address.
His body was discovered after officers were called around 1.00am on Saturday 8th. Keohane was pronounced dead at the scene. A post mortem proved to be inconclusive and the results of further tests are still awaited.
Sean Keohane was a well known member of the Chiswick community and of the parish of Our Lady of Grace & St Edwards where he was the organist for many years.
