A4 FAST LANE PLAN FOR HEATHROW LINK - Plans have been revealed for a £290 million scheme which could see trams running along the A4 in 10 years time. The proposal would relieve the congested roads and relieve pressure on the Piccadilly line as Terminal 5 increases the number of journeys.
