Assailant grabbed teenager and ripped her top
A teenage girl was subjected to an indecent assault last Thursday evening (13th September). The seventeen year old was walking along Clayponds Avenue towards the entrance to Carville Park at around 10.30pm when a man grabbed her from behind.
He placed his arms around the top part of her body in a bear hug fashion and as she struggled free, her top was ripped and she suffered minor scratches.
She ran off along Clayponds Avenue and went to North Road where she met with her boyfriend.
The suspect is described as black, over 5’2” tall, black hooded jumper and black tracksuit bottoms.
