A man in his thirties is in a critical condition in hospital after being stabbed on the South Acton estate this Sunday (24 November).
The police say they were called to Corfe Tower on Park Road East just before midnight and found two men with knife wounds.
Paramedics gave CPR to the more seriously injured man before he was taken to hospital.
The second victim, believed to be in his twenties, also suffered a fractured elbow but has since been discharged from hospital.
Two women, 30-year-old Mariana De Almeida Rodrigues and 24-year-old Amanda Gabrielle De Silver Sauer, both of Park Road East, have been charged with conspiracy to commit GBH.
They appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court and Uxbridge Magistrates' Court respectively this Wednesday, (27 November).
Officers are continuing their investigations into what happened.
