Turning a corner of Goldhawk Road into foodie heaven
A corner of Shepherd's Bush Market opposite Goldhawk Road Station has been turned into a foodies' paraside for the summer.
Little Feast has taken up residence under the arches until August 16 with a summer garden setting and eclectic array of food from eight of London’s finest traders.
Visitors can get stuck into stuffed Venezualan flatbreads courtesy of Gusasaca or incredible Vietnamese baguettes and spring rolls from the Nha Trang Kitchen.
Cheeky Burger brings London’s best burger to the Bush, while Green Goat is putting some fine Cornish fish on the grill. For those with a sweet tooth, the people at Bad Brownie are on hand with some freshly baked, chocolatey goodness.
Meanwhile an Arch that once housed an old fish monger is transformed into the Little Feast bar, serving up an array of rose’s, prosecco, beers, and cocktails.
You can can enjoy the food and drink in a green space, decked out with banquette seating, sunken sofas and shrouded in ivy and greenery throughout the Yard.
Feast describes itseld is one of London’s leading street and restaurant food events. In three years it has held six events which together have had over 70,000 attendees in four different venues.
Little Feast opens on Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm to 11pm and is then open all day Saturday until 11pm and Sunday, closing at 8pm, though it's closed to people under 18 after 5pm.
In addition, The Arch is open on the from Monday to Friday (7.30am to 5pm), with a selection coffees, artisanal salads, sandwiches and sharing plates on the menu.
