Dad of three Denis is moving from Turnham Green to Shepherd's Bush

The Parish of St Stephen and St Thomas Church in Coverdale Road in Shepherd's Bush has announced the appointment of The Rev’d Denis Adide as its new Vicar.

The church says Denis is currently finishing his curacy at Christchurch, Turnham Green in Chiswick and will begin at St Stephen’s in the summer.

Denis was born in Northern Uganda and came to London as a child. He is married to Anna Fiona and they have three young children.

The PCC and congregation at St Stephen’s say they are greatly looking forward to welcoming Denis and his family to Shepherds Bush.

Denis takes over the role from The Rev Bob Mayo, who left Shepherd's Bush in February to take on a role at Rochester Prison, Kent, offering pastoral care to the young offenders, prison staff and visitors.
