Former surgery with permission for flats and offices still available - for £4.25 milion
The disused building on the corner of Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith Grove, which had a guide price of £3.9 million, has failed to sell at auction.
The building was included in Savills' Auction on 9 May, but is now listed as still available - though with a higher price tag of £4.25 million.
The building, at 95 Goldhawk Road was formerly a doctor's surgery and was described by Savills Auctions as: " Located on a prime corner site in a highly desirable and convenient location. A detached former surgery premises and land totalling approximately 5,409 sq ft, having planning permission for the erection of nine luxury flats and two ground floor offices totalling approximately 12,260 sq ft - Vacant."
An application made by The Nichols Agency Limited Executive Pension Scheme to redevelop the site was approved by H&F Council in 2013. You can read the application and supporting documents here.
