Potential buyers invited to register interest in two developments

Over 200 new homes are coming to Goldhawk Road in two developments at either end of the road, both planning to launch this spring.

Interested parties are now being invited to register their interest in Brackenbury Square, being built on the corner of Hammersmith Grove and Goldhawk Road Notting Hill Housing.

The development will consist of one and two bedroom apartments built around a communal landscaped courtyard.

 

Brackenbury Square will offer 45 private sale homes and 18 Shared Ownership homes. If you are interested in the private sale apartments you can register your interest now on the website.

Further west is Linden Homes' Parkside Place, built at 258 - 264 Goldhawk Road on the site of the former Carpet Right warehouse.

Launching as Linden Homes' nearby development Ashlar Court is selling its last remaining property, Parkside Place, which as the name suggests is close to Ravenscourt Park, is offering 40 one to three bedroom apartments over five storeys, with shop and restaurant space on the ground floor.

Again, potential buyers are invited to register their interest on the website.

There has been no announcement as yet about prices on apartments at either development.
