Our local open spaces display their autumn colours

The mild, sunny autumn of 2011 has brought out the best in Shepherd's Bush.

From Shepherd's Bush Green to Wormwood Scrubs, our open spaces are a riot of rich colours. Here are some of our photos from around the Bush, including the War Memoiral on the Green, surrounded by this year's poppies, the BBC's garden in White City and the Japanese Garden in Hammersmith Park.
