Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre Holds Open Day

Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre is holding an Open Day  on Tuesday June 10 with local people invited to come along, meet the residents and see some of the work done at the centre providing riders with physical disabilities and special needs the opportunity to learn to ride and for them to benefit from the therapy that the horses & ponies freely give.

The day will include a mounted display and prize giving in the morning followed by a stable yard tour and a buffet lunch.

The Open Day is one of a series of events being held by the centre as it aims to raise £180,000 to cover its running  costs in this, its 25th anniversary year.
