Askew Road pub has had "drastic plastic surgery"

The Orchard Tavern at 136 Askew Road has reopened after what is described as "drastic plastic surgery".

The refurbished pub promises thirsty locals a range of cask ales, fine wines, fruity ciders and a "massive, outlandish" vodka selection, including chilli, manuka and botanical flavours.

Also on offer is satellite sports, a sun terrace and food, including a weekend carvery starting on Easter Sunday from midday till 7pm.
