Guided walks, bike rides and excercise classes for the over-50s
The Go London 50 + physical activity campaign aims to encourage residents aged 50 and over to improve their health by including more exercise in their daily life.
To promote the campaign, a week-long road show will take place at Westfield. Starting on Monday 8 February, the road show will showcase the variety of exercise classes and activities available to residents right across the borough.
