Restaurant due to open in June will create over 50 local jobs

Bill's is the newest addition to the restaurannts on Westfield's Southern Terrace, due to open on June 10.

The restaurant, part of a chain which has grown from a single Produce Store and Cafe opened 12 years ago in Lewes in Sussex by owner Bill Collison, aims to celebrate food and offers people the chance to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or afternoon tea or take home such good local produce, incluidng Bill's jams and chutneys for supper.

The new restaurant will be situated alongside Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Le Pain Quotidien on Westfield's busy terrace.

Bill's, which is also planning a launch in Putney on June 3, is creating over 50 local jobs with roles including managers, chefs, bar staff and waiters.
