We think backs get a pretty raw deal. Overlooked, under-loved, and almost always last into the room, they're not really designed for life in the 21st century (just think high heels, hours in front of computer screens, and the whole small child/car-seat thing, for a start.)
No wonder they complain every now and then.
At TenPilates, we're always saying how effective our workout is at building lean, toned muscle and slimming figures. What we don't say often enough is how excellent it is for backs. And we should, because it is.
Our Dynamic Pilates programme is designed to engage and strengthen the core muscles that are so important in improving and maintaining posture, helping reduce the risk and pain of back injury, and helping our backs stay strong, supple and happy.
If you think yours deserves a little extra TLC, why not book in for a Postural Assessment? In a 10-20 minute session we'll take a good look at your back, map your posture against where it should (and could) be, and identify areas of weakness and potential injury.
It doesn't cost anything, and your back will love you for it.

We're keen to make our costs as manageable as possible, particularly with the current climate in mind.
With our block booking system, you could be training for as little as £15.50 per class. If that means you need to book more classes at one go than you're comfortable with, you're welcome to split the booking with a friend and share the classes.
