New Starbucks Cafe Planned For Kew Bridge Road

Caffeine fix for local commuters between Express Tavern and the station

Visualisation of how the new cafe might look

A shiny new Starbucks cafe is planned at the north end of Kew Bridge, close to the railway station.

The global coffee company (which has its headquarters in Chiswick Park) has plans for a new cafe at 57-58 Kew Bridge Road.

The site which has been unused for sometime is next to the Express Tavern, and also very close to the Kew Bridge railway station.

The area has a Costa Coffee just across the road.

The Kew Bridge area has seen a large amount of development of apartments in recent years and an increase in the numbers of professionals commuting into central London.

A planning application outlining its signage and illumination has been lodged with Hounslow Council.
