Technology Company Oncam Moves To Chiswick Business Park


Relocating its European headquarters from Hammersmith

Technology company Oncam is relocating its European headquarters from Hammersmith to Chiswick Business Park.

It has signed a 10-year lease for 1,981sq m on the ground floor of Building 4 in the business park, Property Week reported yesterday (4 April 2016). The seven-storey Building 4 has several international tenants including Swarovski, Starbucks and International SOS.

While announcing the letting, investment firm Blackstone, asset manager of the park, also confirmed it had agreed a 10-year lease extension with estate agency Foxtons, which occupies 12,192sq m of space in Building 1 since 2000. Real estate Avison Young acted for Oncam, while Devono advised Foxtons.

Several other technology firms already occupy space at Chiswick Business Park, including Ericsson, Bluefin Solutions, Technicolour and Qualcomm.

DTRE, Savills, and CBRE are the joint letting agents for the park.
