Police appealing for assistance in tracing a man who went missing from Brentford have found a body.

Officers were investigating the disappearance of Patrick Duffy, aged 54, from St Johns Road, Isleworth.

He was last seen on Saturday, 9 February.

Police were called at approximately 1330 hrs on Sunday, 17 March, to Brentford Marina.

Next of kin are aware and formal identification is yet to take place.

A post-mortem examination will take place on Tuesday, 19 March, at Fulham mortuary.

Officers from Hounslow are investigating.
