Trust which provides training and support for young players.
An hour before the concert, the Musical Museum will be opening its galleries
to our audience for a private pre-concert viewing and a demonstration
of some of the exhibits.
'Maiastra' takes its name from a bird in Romanian folklore with miraculous powers. The Trust logo is based on some early folk drawings of the mystical legendary bird, said to bring back youth to those who are fortunate to hear its beautiful song.
Refreshments available before the performance and during the interval.
