A talk organised by Hounslow and District History Society
The first lecture in 2015 of Hounslow and District History Society will take place on Tuesday 27 January at 19.45 at the United Reformed Church Hall, Chapel Road, Hounslow.
The lecturer is Mr James Marshall, Local Studies Librarian, Hounslow.
Mr Marshall will describe the history of Feltham’s Middlesex Industrial School and its successors from 1859-2014. There will be a vivid portrayal of a boy’s life in the Industrial School in the 1890s, with contemporary images.
Everyone is welcome at £2.00 each for non-members.
