Kerry Kyriacou has been appointed as Managing Director of Lampton Homes, the Development and Investment arm of Hounslow Council’s wholly owned company, Lampton Group.

Lampton Homes redevelops local authority land to deliver a mix of private, affordable and social housing. It also acquires homes across the borough to provide social housing for residents. In his new role, Mr Kyriacou will drive growth of Hounslow’s housing plans and lead key development and investment initiatives.

He has operated at executive level for 22 years, including 17 years leading multi-billion pound development programmes in his capacity as Executive Director of Development and Sales at Clarion Housing Group. He has also worked at a senior level at Metropolitan Thames Valley, Optivo, and Southern Housing Group.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Kyriacou says, “I am delighted to be joining the Lampton Homes team, supporting the valuable work the business carries out in the borough of Hounslow. Before moving into development, I originally qualified and practiced as an architect, and I will bring this long-standing passion for good design and place making into my new role as Managing Director of Homes.”

Craig Cooper, Group Managing Director, Lampton Group, said, “We are very excited to welcome Kerry to Lampton Group, with a proven track record and decades of industry experience. Providing access to stable housing is at the very core of the Homes business and Kerry will be key to delivering on this goal.”
