How to Contact H&F Council During the Crisis


Customers advised to phone or email after closure of King Street Service Centre

H&F Council says that in order to protect residents and staff, its customer service Centre at 145 King Street, Hammersmith, pictured above, and housing offices in White City and Fulham are now closed for general enquiries due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Instead, please email or phone. The contact details for the service you need can be found on the contacts page

If you need to provide documentation, please email it to the relevant email address.

In case of an emergency, please call the relevant department, which you will find listed on the contacts page, and the council says it will respond.

All schools are now to shut to most pupils. Only children of key workers - those considered critical to the country’s response to the coronavirus pandemic - and vulnerable pupils will attend schools for the foreseeable future.

Leisure centres are all now closed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the council has also decided to close all adult learning centres for the foreseeable future. Please see adult learning and skills for more information here.

All our libraries have been closed due to the coronavirus outbreak. The council says appreciates how many people use the various services our libraries offer, but it is prioritising the health and wellbeing of residents, as well as staff.

The council has also announced the cancellation of all council meetings. The reason, it says, is
" so we can re-skill and re-allocate our staff because we’re determined our organisation maximises its focus towards supporting people in our community and maintaining our ability to provide essential services."
