Donate or offer your services at Town Hall event for older residents
Residents aged over 55 who would be eating alone on Christmas Day are invited to join the H&F Big Christmas Day Lunch at Hammersmith Town Hall.
On top of a hearty Christmas lunch, our guests will enjoy a visit from Father Christmas, a goody bag, live entertainment, music and dancing.
Door-to-door transport, qualified carers and a team of volunteers will ensure all guests are well looked after.
H&F Council throws a Christmas Day lunch party for residents every year - this year with up to 350 guests.
"We want to do our bit to give residents a great Christmas – and all the guests and volunteers at our annual Christmas Day lunches have a lot of fun," says Cllr Ben Coleman, Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care.
If you’re interested in being a guest at the Big Christmas Day Lunch on 25 December, or know anyone who might be, you can apply in two ways:
You can also help ensure the big day proves a success by either donating or volunteering your service.
To make a donation, visit the Big Christmas Day Lunch H&F Spacehive Fundraising Page. It is aiming to raise £33,503 and has already raised over £13,000.
To be part of our team of volunteers on the day helping to give guests a great time, please contact the Christmas Team at H&F Volunteers Centre on 020 8741 9876 or enquiries@hfvc.org.uk.
