Local organisation seeks new members for team serving north of borough
Hammersmith United Charities is looking for local people who are interested in becoming trustees.
Based in Sycamore Gardens in Hammersmith, the organisation invests in the people and communities in the eight northern wards of Hammersmith & Fulham to tackle poverty, deprivation and disadvantage, building on legacies, wisdom, learning and experience gained over 400 years.
Right now, it says it is looking for new trustees to ensure its board is in a strong position to embark on the next 400 years of serving the people of Hammersmith.
The charity asks:
• Are you good at asking questions and also listening?
• Do you enjoy working together with others as a team?
• Are you good at expressing your own views?
• Do you want to make a difference locally?
• Would you be interested in learning more about what the Charity does, and how you might be involved in shaping what we do?
