Local Councillor Will Be 'Homeless' For A Night

Ealing Liberal Democrat councillor, Gary Malcolm, is no stranger to sleeping in a box.

For the past four years, he has spent a night each year sleeping on the street to raise money for charity.

This year he is putting his fundraising efforts towards the YMCA charity, which will help reduce homelessness. He hopes to raise £500 in donations.

Gary knows how challenging it is to be at the mercy of the elements.

"I have done this for the past four or so years and sometimes the weather can be wet and cold. I am looking to raise £500. Can you help? Even a £10 donation would be great!

"The YMCA do a marvellous job at providing shelter to those people who are homeless as well as advice for those who might become homeless."
