Technical difficulties sink The Park Club's charity fundraiser
The Park Club regretfully announces it will be postponing its forthcoming fund raising event – The Largest Formal Underwater Dinner Party on Earth. A new date will be set in next few days.
It has been after much consideration that this decision has been taken, but in the past week, a number of small but important technical difficulties have come to light that the organizers believe will compromise the smooth operation and ultimately the participant’s enjoyment of the event. For this reason, the club would prefer to address them and have a seamless operation at a later date.
The Park Club hopes that everyone concerned will appreciate that this decision has been taken with the participants in mind and that all those concerned will be able to make the new date in order we can achieve the most important objective of raising as much money as possible for the nominated charities.
Sales & Marketing Director Tim Slater said "We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but trust that this delay will result in even greater success of the event."
