NCT's Claire Maguire to lead postnatal classes

NCT (National Childbirth Trust) is the UK's leading charity for parents.

Every year they support thousands of people through the life - changing experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.

Claire Maguire has recently qualified as the NCT's first postnatal leader in west London.

She will be working locally from the new year onwards running a six week course called Early Days for new mothers (or Dad if he is the primary carer) suitable for babies from birth up to six months.

Topics covered include, sleeping, coping with crying, feeding, weaning, parenting styles, work life balance, second time parenting and time for you.
