Northfields beat off stiff opposition to win 3 golds at industry awards
Northfields have been recognised as 'Best Small Lettings Agency of The Year' at The Lettings Agency Awards 2012.
With more entrants than ever before, over 5,000 offices were represented this year and 450 leading agents attended the event on Friday 25th May, at The Lancaster London Hotel.
Now in its third year as a dedicated competition, these awards are the most sought-after and difficult to win.
Northfields were delighted to receive the three golds: Best Small Lettings Agency, Best London Lettings Agency & Training & Development Lettings Agency of The Year 2012.
The winners received their prizes from former Olympic Champion, Sir Matthew Pinsent who wowed the audience with stories of his achievements.
The ceremony was the culmination of a rigorous judging process carried out over four-months by a panel of industry experts who conducted telephone interviews and carried out 'mystery shopper' exercises.
The judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman; Christopher Hamer.
Judges’ comments included:
“the agency (Northfields) exudes lettings excellence”
“this London agency's standards far surpassed those of peers across the country, and that it has helped play in a major role in raising industry standards”
Richard Palfreeman, Managing Director of Northfields commented:
“We will wear these badges of honour with pride, as I reflect on our achievements I would like to personally recognise the hard work of my team and colleagues and thank each and every customer that has used Northfields in the past and welcome those that will use us in the future.
''I am proud to work in one of the most competitive markets within the world and be recognised by our peers for our integrity, professionalism and passion for property. As we plan for the future it is exciting to know that we have achieved greatness in categories that measure us against the biggest names in the industry. This provides customers with the knowledge that not only are we the best in class locally, but also throughout the UK.”
