Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators AGM


Annual report and accounts to be presented

The Conservators will hold their Annual Open Meeting on Wednesday 22 June where they will present their annual report and accounts for 2015/16.

The formal meeting will start at 8.00pm, but Conservators and staff will be there for informal conversations from 7.15pm, when refreshments will also be available.

The meeting is taking place at
St Margaret's Church, Putney Park Lane
SW15 5HU.

St Margaret's stands on Putney Park Lane which is not a made up road. Drivers should park on nearby streets and walk through to the church. Park either on the Dover House Estate, e.g. in Hawkesbury or Parkstead Roads or the other side of the church on St. Margaret's Crescent and come down Church Walk.

Access for disabled parking is via gates at the ends of the Lane, from Upper Richmond Road or Putney Heath. Please close the gate after entering the lane and after leaving the lane. When driving in Putney Park Lane please drive slowly and carefully and within the recommended speed limit of 10 mph. The nearest bus route is the 430 which goes along Dover House Road.

Wimbledon and Putney Commons is a charity managed by the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators. Established under the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Act of 1871. The Commons comprise some 1,140 acres across Wimbledon Common, Putney Heath and Putney Lower Common.
