West London Chamber held its annual Business Awards this Thursday (21 November) at a gala event at the Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford.
The event aims to celebrate the successes of local businesses across Hounslow, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and beyond.
The top award went to manufacturer Russell Finex Ltd and the Best New Business Award was shared between Sam Harrison’s restaurant venture in the Brentford Project, Sam’s Waterside and Ealing-based dog products and washing service Muddy Barkers Ltd.
The Clayton Hotel in Chiswick was highly commended in the Education & Training Provider of the Year and Best Business for Hospitality & Leisure categories as was The Upper Room in the Best Charity & Social Enterprise category.
Sam Harrison said after the award announcement, “ I am really thrilled that the judges have recognised the hard work of my incredible team at Sam’s Waterside and what they have achieved since we opened. I was particularly pleased they acknowledge our decision to be the flagship restaurant and first to open in the Brentford Project. They kindly mentioned our investment in the Brentford area and what we bring to its ongoing development. My team and I are hugely proud” The Clayton Hotel in Chiswick was highly commended in the Education & Training Provider of the Year and Best Business for Hospitality & Leisure categories as was The Upper Room in the Best Charity & Social Enterprise category.
