FirstLight Cycle to Launch at Westfield Expansion in May
Proming to 'revolutionise indoor cycling experience in the Capital'
FirstLight Cycle is the latest company to join the new extension at Westfield London, which begins its phased opening this month.
FirstLight Cycle is described as "a brand new fitness concept set to revolutionise the indoor cycling experience in the Capital."
It will open in Westfield in May and will be the UK’s largest boutique cycling offering, with three studios.
It says its unique fitness concept uses sunlight simulation technology to increase circadian rhythm to awaken the senses, enhance energy and produce happiness.
Maestro instructors will create dedicated playlists for each class which are then choreographed to deliver a full body workout on a bike, with weighted body bars used for upper body and core strength movements. Riders are then taken on a journey from sunrise through to sunset, revealing a themed destination using specialist acoustics and visuals.

FirstLight Cycle will join other brands including All Star Lanes and Puttshack within Westfield London’s expansion which will make the centre the largest in Europe.
The launch on 20 March, including the opening of a giant new John Lewis store, will signal the start of a phased opening of the vast project. Further announcements and openings will take place throughout the Spring and Summer ahead of Westfield London’s 10th anniversary on 30 October.
