Goldhawk Road pub reported to have new independent owner

The Duchess of Cambridge pub on Goldhawk Road in the west of Shepherd's Bush is under new management.

The pub has been with the Bermondsey Pub Company for the last few years until its current lease expired.

There had been fears that the pub would be closed, but it is understood a new lease has been agreed with an independent owner.

The premises were closed on Friday to allow a handover to take place.
