Police Appeal Following Chiswick Robbery


Woman attacked in Southfield Road area

Police are appealing for information regarding a robbery in the Southfield W4 area.

On Wednesday 29 May 2013 at around 23:20hrs, the victim, a 31 year-old female, was struck from behind as she walked along Brookfield Road, W4 from Chiswick.

The suspect has then stolen her mobile phone and made off along Shirley Road, W4 towards Southfield Recreation Ground.

The suspect is described as a black male, around 6ft tall, wearing dark clothing and maybe a baseball cap.

Police Constable Jon Orr said: "I am appealing for information from anyone who may have been in the area on the night of this incident, who may have seen or heard anything and to anyone who saw anybody behaving suspiciously in the area of Brookfield Road, the wider surrounding area and the tube stations, Turnham Green and Chiswick Park either on the night or recently".
