Police discover Class A drugs following a chase
A 19-year old man from Chiswick was arrested along with another man aged 22 on drugs offences, following a police chase in Hounslow.
The man, from Oxford Road North, W4, was arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Officers were patrolling in the area of Spring Grove Crescent, Osterley and were talking to a member of the public when two men approached. As soon as the men saw the officers they turned around and started running off.
Following a short chase on foot both men were detained in Gresham Road. During a search of the area, officers found a plastic bag containing what is believed to be drugs.
Both men were taken to a west London police station and bailed to return in late March.
