Missing teenager found in Hammersmith

As Police charge local man with child abduction and internet grooming

Hannah Rodrigues, the missing teenager from St Albans, has been found safe and well in Hammersmith.

The 15 year old, who went missing from her home last Wednesday, is now with being cared for by local Police.  She will be handed over to Hertfordshire Police before being reunited with her family.

Yesterday Hannah's mother had appealed for her daughter to come home, saying, "Hannah, we love you and want you to come home. We just want to know that you're all right. Please contact us."

Hannah had last seen getting on a bus in her home town of St Albans in Hertfordshire on Wednesday.  Detectives investigating her disappearance believed she was heading for central London.  A sighting of her in the Hammersmith area led Police to her.

A 31 year old man, Mehdi Boujedra, of Shepherds Bush, is due to appear in court, charged with child abduction and internet grooming.
