Local conservatives recognise importance of online communication
Hounslow Conservatives have launched a new local website which features both local news and information on all the Conservative Councillors on Hounslow Council.
The site also contains information about the local Party and on how to become involved.
Cllr Peter Thompson, leader of Hounslow Council Conservative Group, commented “This is good news for the Conservative Party locally. The Internet continues to grow in importance in terms of communicating with members of the public and it is important that we have a presence. Our site is both professional in appearance and user friendly. I look forward to seeing it grow in terms of content and usage."
He continued "We will maintain and regularly update the website in pursuit of making it as relevant and interesting as possible. I envisage that it will be an very useful way of keeping local residents informed of our campaign to take control of Hounslow Council in May!”
