Hit and run car found in Brentford


Police believe driver was from local area

The car which was involved in the death of 18 year old Marcus MacFarlane has now been traced by the police.

Police believe that they have identified the vehicle involved - it was found abandoned outside Alma House, Walnut Tree Road on the Haverfield Estate in Brentford. The maroon Renault Laguna hit Marcus in the early hours of Sunday 11th June on the Great West Road.

They also believe the driver was a local person and are appealing to the community to come forward with any information they think might be relevant.
