Savills Introduce Three Luxury Rental Properties

In new development on historic garden square

Three two bedroom executive apartments will soon be available to rent in St Peters Place, an exclusive Crest Nicholson development on one of West London’s most prestigious garden squares. The apartments were purchased as an investment for the Landlords’ teenage children, and will be let out in the interim by Savills Chiswick & Brook Green Lettings team for a guide price of £675 per week.

The development is located at the entrance to St Peters Square which was laid out during the economic boom of the 1820’s, surrounding a Grade II listed public garden. Pevsner’s famous Architectural Guides reference the area, noting: “The square has the flavour of a suburban Belgravia”, yet it offers greater space and lower prices than in Prime Central London.

In keeping with the area’s history, the interiors of the apartments have been designed to capture traditional and classic Georgian elegance, with all details finished to the highest specification. The tenants will be the first to live in these properties, with the development’s completion scheduled for the end of April 2014.

Charlotte Alexander, Head of Lettings at Savills Chiswick & Brook Green comments: “St Peters Place is one of the most significant developments in Stamford Brook for a decade. This is a fantastic opportunity for tenants to secure outstanding new build living space in a beautiful and well established location. The area is well connected with Stamford Brook tube station offering good links to central London and the City via the District line, while the nearby A4 and M4 create an easy route out of London to Heathrow and the West Country.”
