New courses this Summer Term
With the early Easter, it is already time to book a Summer Term course at Chiswick Art School. Most Summer Term courses begin in the week of 22 April.

More highlights from the new programme
A great range of Painting courses is on the timetable: Landscape Painting with Nick Archer on Tuesdays, Advanced Painting with Julia Hawkins on Wednesdays, and Abstract Painting with John Murphy-Woolford on Thursdays. There are introductory classes on Mondays and Wednesday evenings. See All Painting Classes >>
A new three-hour Pottery Throwing Taster is now being offered on selected Saturdays. Roz Wallis will teach several Raku workshops on selected Saturdays, and her legendary five-day Throwing Intensive takes place in July. See All Pottery Classes >>
Progress though essential skills and practice
We offer a wide range of Beginners classes, and for continuing development there are Drawing Skills classes on Wednesdays and Life Classes on the last Sunday of each month. John Murphy-Woolford teaches Introduction to Portraiture on Thursday evenings.

Nick Archer offers Advanced Portraiture classes on Tuesdays: each model poses for four weeks to allow for a finished painting.

Where it all happens:
Drawing, Painting, Printmaking, Portraiture, Life Classes and Art Clubs take place in the spacious, bright Studio 19.
Pottery Throwing, Sculpture, and Hand Building continue in the upgraded Studio 17.
