Illustration, Drawing, Painting, Sculpture and Art Clubs take place in the spacious, bright new Studio 19, whilst Pottery continues in the freshly upgraded Studio 17.

Contemporary Figurative Painting with Nick Archer: an exciting new course drawing on the skills and experience of this internationally successful painter begins on Tuesday afternoons, starting 19 September.

Where do you start with Abstract painting?  John Murphy Woolford's new course begins in September. Book the whole term, or a taster on 21 September which can then be redeemed against the term fee. All levels welcome.

“This is The Best Pottery School In Town” Introduction and advanced courses in throwing, hand building and sculpture with Roz Wallis and her team start in early September.

Classes for younger artists: both the Young Artists’ Club for ages 9-12

and Further Education Art Club for ages 13-18 have intakes on 9 and 30 September. For the first time the FEAC will include work with a portrait model.

Julia Hawkins' next Portraiture Masterclass  takes place on Sunday 8 October.  Places limited to eight around the model. Previous experience of portraiture in oils recommended.

There are also regular Portraiture classes every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
