Introducing Dorota's Lifestyle Studio Hypoxi

Start now to get your summertime body

It's that time of year when you may be thinking about the summertime and that you don't want to leave it too late - once again - to get working on your fitness and diet to get your body holiday ready. The worse thing you can do is wallow in your misery and open another packet of biscuits – the best thing you can do is get excited about the new and improved HYPOXI Chiswick - it could be just what you need to start feeling and looking your fabulous best!

If you've ever walked past HYPOXI Chiswick's large glass frontage on the High Road (close to Stamford Brook) and wondered what those strange space age machines are all about, now is the perfect time to find out as due to its popularity (well, Cheryl Cole is a fan, you know!) owner, Dorota Zelazny, has had to upgrade to a larger premises a few doors away and she has been busy welcoming a influx of new customers.

So what is HYPOXI and how does it work?

Dorota explains, “The most important aspect of successfully reducing body fat is optimal blood circulation in the concerned body areas. This is where the HYPOXI Method is unique. On the one hand, the concerned body areas are systematically put under pressure – achieved with vacuum (based on the principle of cupping) and compression (meaning treatment with positive pressure). And, on the other hand, moderate kinetic exercise stimulates the metabolism. Redundant fat is stimulated and transported via the blood circulation to be burned in the muscles. And not only that: HYPOXI improves the appearance of cellulite and strengthens the dermal and connective tissue.”

But does it work?

You only need to read the glowing testimonials on the HYPOXI Chiswick website to get the answer. It seems that once you begin on your HYPOXI journey, the impressive results and the warm, friendly atmosphere – means it often becomes a lifelong way to keep looking and feeling slimmer, healthier and happier. To support this idea, local resident and actress, Emma Amos turned to HYPOXI when she needed to shape up for a TV role and, over a year later, she's still a regular client. Local women's magazine journalist and blogger, Lisa Barrett says, “Originally, I wanted to try out HYPOXI to review on my blog and after losing a dress size in 6 weeks, I'm still returning 18 months on.”

So, what can clients expect from the new and improved HYPOXI Chiswick? Well for a start, Dorota has doubled the amount of machines and elevated the business to encompass a variety of wellbeing services including Shockwave therapy, reflexology/ atomatherapy and more, which has resulted in a tweak to the business name, now fittingly called: Dorota's Lifestyle Studio HYPOXI.

The new spacious and airy studios with its mesmerising wavy ceiling and bespoke fixtures and fittings give it a sleek, boutique feel. But it's the hand-made glass chandelier that immediately catch the eye as the glass butterflies sparkle in the light. When I mention how beautiful they are Dorota replies, “I chose butterflies as they represent metamorphosis and that is how I see my clients as they embark on their journey here.

Dorota's Lifestyle Studio HYPOXI is at 28 Chiswick High Road, London W4 1TE and will be opening its doors for an introductory party on Saturday the 2nd March 2019 from 2pm. Everyone is welcome to pop in and explore!
