Phase two at Brentford Lock West has made it into the shortlist for the London RIBA Awards 2019 – rubbing shoulders with the likes of the BBC Television Centre and the Royal Opera House. Just 83 projects across London have been shortlisted for these prestigious awards, with the finalists due to be announced in May this year.

Chalico Walk, the first collection of homes to be delivered as part of phase two here, already secured a London RIBA Award in 2018 for its architecture.
