Members of Artists at Home are donating works of art and crafts to raise money for The Upper Room this Christmas and are seeking generous bidders to help this local charity.
This will be the fourth online auction raising money for The Upper Room.

Artists at Home is an alliance of highly-regarded local artists who open their studios to the public at an annual event every June. Many of them also show at prestigious exhibitions through the year and sell their work in professional galleries.

Kathryn Davey, Chair of Artists At Home said:
"We're excited to present our 4th online auction in support of the Upper Room charity this year. With rising energy costs this winter, supporting our local community has never been more urgent. Our participating artists are generously donating at least 50% of the sale price, with some contributing 100%. These funds will make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals, providing essential food, shelter, and pathways to employment."

Joyce Shaw, Fundraising Manager at The Upper Room said:
“We are absolutely thrilled that Artists at Home are once again organising an online auction on behalf of The Upper Room. In the last year we provided over 33,000 meals for the homeless and those in food poverty. We continue to support those in need with essentials such as toiletries, sleeping bags, clothes, emergency funds and advice. Our UR4Driving allows people with convictions and young people at risk to gain a driving licence, greater employment prospects and a genuine opportunity to transform their lives. We are incredibly grateful to the artists who are generously donating 50-100% of the proceeds to us. Your contribution will make a significant difference in enabling us to support so many people in need in our local community. Thank you!”

Please register now so you can make a bid, help the homeless, and win some art!
