General Election

Rumours rife about an early election, possibly even December. Theory is the budget was simply to buy some time. The £100 divvy on leccy and gas bills might oil a win. Andy PM might want to jump in before the proverbial hits the fan. Andy MP Mr Slaughter thinks it's all faberoo. Interesting times ahead. All the more so if there's a £47 billion black hole in Britain's finances.

December election? You will get rich on that one

Won't get rich on 25/1. Brentford to win the league is 125/1 so you might on that. Spring election is most likely. So long as the fan is ok until then, and the odds are shortening on that.

You can nick bigger odds than the 25s over a week-long period.In betting terms on an election market, getting 1k on is regarded as getting rich. Not the same as going to a racetrack at a big meeting and getting 50k on  4/1 poke on the rails

Let’s pray this happens before Burnham cripples our economy any further when we have the chief secretary to the treasury Emma Reynolds stating ‘ employers are NOT workers they are a company’ no wonder they are killing private business and destroyed jobs for youngsters. We are in a very sorry state after just 2.6 years under Labour. Ballooning debt, high unemployment, ridiculous welfare bill, highest taxes since WW2, highest interest on our debt in the developed world and energy costs there is nothing to be proud of!
